Teman Seperjuangan


Inilah teman seperjuanganku di SK Manjoi Satu, kami sependapat dalam banyak perkara walaupun tidak kesemuanya... Serasi dalam memikul tugas bersama tetapi ada perkara yang membataskannya... huurrmmm...

Pecutan Menjelang UPSR 2011






Tahun ini adalah tahun kedua aku berkhidmat di SK Manjoi Satu. Berada di tempat baru bermakna menimba pengalaman baru... Tahun ini aku diberi kepercayaan untuk mengajar murid2 Tahun 6. Walaupun begitu, ini bukanlah kali pertama aku diberi tanggungjawab sedemikian. Sebelum ini, aku telah berpeluang memikul tanggungjawab yang sama semasa mengajar di SK Kuala Pari. Secara peribadi, aku berbangga kerana 3 orang anak2 muridku berjaya melanjutkan pelajaran ke Sekolah Menengah Sains Raja Tun Azlan Shah, Taiping... Manakala, yang selebihnya ramai yang dapat melanjutkan pelajaran di SMKA dan KAA di sekolah-sekolah sekitar negeri Perak. Walaupun mereka sudah berada di Tingkatan 5, hubungan kami tetap mesra dan sentiasa berhubung apabila berpeluang. Aku harap kali ini aku berjaya mengulangi kejayaan yang lebih baik daripada itu, sekalipun aku junior di sini... Selamat Berjaya anak-anak muridku!!!

REFLECTION

I try my very best to be a good teacher. I belief of what I’m doing now will be paid. There are two different situations occurred when my teaching style compares to the styles of the colleagues. I felt like I’m the best when compared to many colleagues but opposite feeling when compare to super duper teacher which seem perfect. I’ve no challenge in management skills at school. I always fill my students with enthusiasm but have moderate confident in my ability to deal with any student problem that arises in the course of the day which are too challenging. I aware of the most current strategies and management techniques but there’s too many reason for not applying it. One of the most difficult aspects of teaching is the isolation it imposes on its practitioners. Teachers spend most of their days alone in their own classrooms, with their own students. Few opportunities are available to casually observe -- and easily learn from -- other teachers. Little time is available to consult with one's colleagues about a difficult student, a persistent management problem, or a lesson disaster. To help fill that void is the reason I further my study to take turns reflecting on my professional experiences, problems, successes, and concerns.
